Registration Fees

Advance Registration Cut-off Date
Advance registration closes at 8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time on 8 February 2010. On-site registration pricing will apply starting from 8:01 a.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time on 8 February 2010.  Attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible.  All registrations received via fax or postal mail after 8 February will be subject to on-site pricing.  No telephone registrations will be accepted. On-site registration is subject to availability.

* Students must submit proof of full-time enrollment in a degree-granting programme at an accredited, or globally equivalent, college/university with their registration. Student Programme is the same as Full Global Congress Programme.
** Only individuals who are not PMI members themselves may register as a guest of an attendee. All attendees (PMI members and nonmembers alike) must pay the guest registration fee for their guests. Guest registration entitles bearer access to Monday or Tuesday evening receptions only.

Global Congress Cancellation/Refunds:
Full refunds, less US $15.00 processing fee per registrant will be granted for cancellations received in writing prior to 1 February 2010.  Refunds less US $25.00 per registrant will be granted to written requests received between 2–14 February 2010, but registration substitutions may be made in writing without penalty.  If a non-member substitutes for a member, nonmember rates are applied.  All written requests should be faxed to: +1-877-969-9092 (within the United States and Canada); or +1-905-593-3041 (from all other locations).  All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of PMI Global Congress 2010—Asia Pacific.  Refunds will not be given to those registrants who do not attend without advance cancellation notice. No refunds will be granted after 17 February 2010.
