A group room block has been secured at the Crown Promenade Hotel. With the exception of the Tuesday 23 Februrary 2010 evening reception being held at the Crown Towers, all PMI Congress events will take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The deadline for all housing reservations is 3 February 2010.  All contracted sleeping rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel rooms will sell out quickly!!  Please make your housing arrangements early!!

Room Rates (in Australian Dollars)

No additional charge will apply when utilising existing bedding, however a daily surcharge of AUD$55.00 including GST will be charged for any additional bed (rollaway) in any one room. Please note: rollaway beds are only available in Studios.

PMI’s Hotel Credit Card Guarantee and Cancellation Policy:

Guarantee Policy: Credit card is required for guarantee only. Credit cards are not debited unless there is a no-show or cancellation outside the stated limits.

Cancellation Policy: Should any guest cancel their confirmed booking less than 24 hours prior to arrival; cancellation penalty will be charged an equal amount of the original length of accommodation booked.

No shows are charged as per the cancellation policy.
