A group room block has been secured at the Meliá Milano hotel. All rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis. All PMI congress activities will take place at the Milano Convention Centre.

Hotel reservations must be made through the above referenced website in order to qualify for the discounted congress rates.

The deadline for housing is 30 April 2010.

Room Rates (in Euros)
Sleeping room rates include buffet breakfast and 10% Value Added Tax (VAT).

Terms and Conditions:

• The rates for guests rooms are valid 03 - 15 May 2010 and exclusively for PMI Global Congress 2010—EMEA delegates.
• Availability: This offer is subject to availability and an allocation of rooms.
• Payment and Cancellation/No Shows:
• Cancellations received five (5) days prior to the reservation - No penalty will be applied.
• Cancellations received between five (5) days and twenty-four (24) hours prior to the reservation - One (1) night´s stay will be charged to the delegate´s credit card on file.
• Cancellations received less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the reservation - Full amount of the reservation will be charged to the delegate´s credit card on file.
• No Shows - In the case of no shows, the hotel is authorized to charge the full amount corresponding to guest room(s) for all of the days reserved to the delegate´s credit card on file.
