Topic: Scaling IT Agility & Innovation to the Enterprise

Traditionally, IT has been considered mostly as a service provider to business demand. The recent economic downturn, technical advancements, competitive pressures and increasing consumerisation of IT have combined to force organisations to take a more contemporary view of IT as an enabler of business optimisation, innovation and growth. As organisations come to implement this model, there is growing interest to leverage and scale IT agile project management processes to the larger enterprise, while at the same time maintaining appropriate levels of governance and perspective.
