CEO of Oxford Analytica and a columnist for Reuters, Nader Mousavizadeh is a highly regarded global thinker, known for his sage insights into the geopolitics and economic affairs of an increasingly complex world.
At Oxford Analytica, a leading global analysis and strategic advisory firm, Mousavizadeh analyses macro forces, risks and opportunities and how they impact corporations, investors and countries at the nexus of politics and economics, state and business. Prior to joining Oxford Analytica in September 2010, Mousavizadeh was founder and managing director of Archipelago Partners, a geostrategic advisory firm focused on providing advice to businesses and governments in emerging markets.
Before entering the private sector, Mousavizadeh served at the United Nations where he was Special Assistant to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan and a UN Political Officer in Bosnia-Herzegovina. He recently co-wrote Annan's memoir, Interventions: A Life in War and Peace, which was named a Washington Post 2012 Notable Work of Nonfiction.
He is a widely published contributor of essays and articles on global affairs to The Financial Times, The New York Times, The Times of London, Newsweek, BBC, Foreign Policy, and other publications. A magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College and a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford where he received his master's degree in international relations, Mousavizadeh received his MBA as a Sloan Fellow at the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Murad Bayar was born in Sivas in 1965. He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, in 1987. He earned his master’s degree from North Carolina State University in 1988 and worked there as a research assistant.
Mr. Bayar started his professional career in Turkey at a military electronics company, ASELSAN, in 1987 and continued working at Undersecretariat for Defence Industries from 1989 to 1998. After taking part in the management of several defence industry projects, Mr. Bayar started an MBA programme at Yale in 1998 and earned his master’s degree in 2000.
Following his graduation from Yale University, he worked as a management consultant at international consultancy Booz Allen Hamilton’s New York Office. Mr. Bayar was appointed as the Undersecretary for Defence Industries on 6 February 2004.
Mr. Bayar is married with two children.

Cathy O'Dowd is the first woman ever to climb Mt. Everest from both the south and north sides.

Combining adventure, drama, failure and success, Cathy shares lessons learnt from one of the world’s most spectacular challenges: Everest. She weaves together the literal adventure of the climb and the metaphorical challenge of reaching for the peak of achievement, sharing her stories of challenge, adventure, passion for life and the reality of death.
Her inspirational keynote speeches focus on self-motivation, team dynamics, risk-assessment and tackling seemingly overwhelming challenges one step at a time. All presentations are illustrated with spectacular photographs.
Cathy has been speaking professionally for ten years, presenting to corporations in 30 countries on five continents. She is the author of two books, including Just for the love of it, the dramatic account of her first three Everest expeditions. She continues to be an active adventurer.
