Networking Receptions

No professional development experience would be complete without networking events to complement your formal learning. One of the most important elements of any professional development experience is the one-on-one interaction among attendees. PMI provides a balance of learning and networking activities so you can get to know your fellow attendees, build long-lasting professional relationships, and share helpful ideas and experiences. All registered congress attendees are invited to these evening events.

Grand Opening Reception in the Exhibition Hall
Sunday, 19 October 5:30 PM–7:30 PM	Join your friends and associates at the Grand Opening Reception. The exhibition floor opens in style with great food and entertainment that everyone will enjoy. “A Taste of Denver” is more than a theme, it’s a wonderful experience. Enjoy the food, beverages, markets and other charming points this city is famous for and then visit the exhibits throughout the hall. This is a fun way to meet new people … participate in stimulating conversations … and get a preview of exciting demos and presentations.

Sunday, 19 October 7:30 PM–9:00 PM	We are taking you back in time with some great entertainment and of course the look, feel and taste of this evening will be one you won’t forget. Come see what surprises we have in store for you tonight…and of course wear your dancing shoes!

Monday Evening Networking Reception
Monday, 20 October 5:30 PM–7:00 PM	Come and have fun at PMI’s tribute to the vibrant social scene of Denver. Bring your appetite and your dancing shoes to enjoy this wild night in the Mile-High city.

Tuesday Evening Networking Reception
Tuesday, 21 October 5:30 PM–7:00 PM	As a last goodbye to Denver and the congress presenters and attendees that helped make this year’s PMI Global Congress 2008—North America a success, we will be putting the city and our attendees on display. This will be your last chance to network with your fellow attendees.
