Register Via Fax or Postal Mail
Download and print the PMI Global Congress 2008—North America Registration Form now. Please include payment by check or credit card. Please keep a copy of the form for your records.

Advance Registration Cut-off Date
The deadline to register at the advance registration rate is 11:59 p.m. Central Daylight Time on 1 October 2008. Attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible to take advantage of the lower registration prices. All registrations received via fax or postal mail after 1 October 2008 will be charged on-site registration. No telephone registrations will be accepted at any time.
