Seminar 16: Detect & Remedy Hidden Project Failure Triggers

Almost every project indicates one or more negative performance symptoms that can eventually trigger a project failure.  This workshop provides attendees the foundational knowledge needed for being able to detect and remedy hidden or overlooked project failure triggers.  The workshop covers over 150 failure triggers, over 200 possible root causes, and over 200 useful remedies.  Attendees gain simple failure avoidance and quick resolution strategies, practices, and tools needed to mitigate the potential for project failure.  Past attendees have been positive in their reviews.  In one post-workshop recommendation, an attendee wrote, "It was GREAT!!” Another attendee wrote, “The class was actually better than I expected. Attendees should have at least two (2) years of direct project management experience or have at least four (4) years of being actively engaged as a project team member.
