Seminar 20: Better Project Results with Championship Level Teams - NEW

Canceled

Instructor: Tom Sheives, PhD, PMP

Wednesday-Thursday, 14 October-15 October
8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Do you need your team to perform at a championship level? Is there a lack of trust or little accountability with peers on your team? Are egos getting in the way of results? This workshop is designed to effectively overcome these barriers. You will discover new ways to break down these barriers. It is recommended that you bring your team, but individual attendees can receive great benefit.

Walk away with a team with behavior changes that will stick. You will be able to propel your team to proven success. Teamwork is not a virtue!  It is something that teams have to continually work on. This workshop is “not a touchy-feely catch me if I fall backward” experience. It drives at the very core of building trust, embracing conflict, accountability, and focusing on results. You and/or your team are guaranteed to walk away with proven specific techniques to improve team performance.
