This presentation will uncover the key practices, techniques, legislation, policy and trends in federal government project management. The presentation will describe the PM community that is emerging and will include case studies from our extensive interviews with key project management leaders in the federal government.
This exciting presentation includes findings from U.S. government case studies and examples gathered from extensive interviews for their forthcoming book. The presentation will discuss key challenges and success factors experienced by federal project managers and sponsors.
