Orlando Area Discount Attraction Tickets:
Visit Orlando Area Discounts and PMI and the Convention Planning Services Attraction Ticket website for discounts of attraction tickets at a discount from gate admission prices.
Traveling by Plane:
Attendees are encouraged to fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO). The airport is just 20 minutes from the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, the congress venue.

For your convenience, shuttle bus service will be available on Saturday and Wednesday to take you to and from the airport to and from the Gaylord Palms. The buses will run approximately every 30 minutes from 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Mears Transportation:
Transport you directly from the Orlando International Airport to the Gaylord Palms as part of their 24-hour shuttle service. There is a fee for this service. Secure your shuttle reservation online or call Mears Transportation's 24-hour reservations line at +1 407 423 5566.

Embassy Letter:
Login using your congress registration PIN to request an Embassy Letter from PMI Global Congress 2009—North America.
- To request an Embassy Letter from PMI Global Congress 2009—North America, attendees must be registered and paid in full for the congress.
- Following registration and payment, attendees will receive a confirmation letter from PMI with information about requesting an embassy letter. You will be asked to provide your PIN from your registration confirmation letter.
- Attendees will be asked to submit the information below with their request for an Embassy Letter.
- Following receipt of the request for an Embassy Letter and the associated information, PMI will issue the letter of invitation within 5 business days.

Information Required for Embassy Letter
- Full name of person registered (Last name as it appears in Passport / first and middle names in full)
- Conference title, dates and location
- Passport Nationality
- Passport number
- Passport expiry date
- Full Personal address / phone / fax /e-mail
- Full address of the Embassy, High Commission or Consular Office to which the letter must be addressed
- Purpose of attending this PMI event, including whether you/they are either a committee member, speaker or presenter
- Any other unique information required by the embassy (for example, total costs of event, name of in-country sponsor, etc.)
- E-mail Address where the requestor would like this letter sent.
