On Saturday, 20 October, immerse yourself in the application of findings of a year-long study by PMI, INCOSE and Lean Advancement Initiative of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT-LAI) on lean enablers for engineering programs. Explore how to approach applying the lean enablers from the study to actual program challenges with professional colleagues working in teams. This working session will be highly interactive and involves some advanced work to prepare for the session.

Individuals must register in advance and pay the required fee to participate. Attendees will earn 6.5 PDUs for participating in this session.
