PMI Research Conference 2008 Offers Two Convenient Ways to Register!

By submitting your registration and payment information, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the PMI event policies and notices.

• Fax: Download and print the PMI Research Conference 2008 Registration Form PDF. Fax all pages of registration form with credit card information to +1-800-745-8757 or +1-905-812-3714. Please keep a copy of the registration form and your transmission confirmation as a record that the fax was sent successfully.

The deadline by which all registration forms must be received to qualify for advance registration pricing is 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern DST (9:00 p.m. GST) on 30 May 2008.

Registration and housing reservations will not be accepted by telephone.

Advance Registration Cut-off Date
Advance registration deadline is 17.00 Central Daylight Time (GMT -6) on 30 May 2008. On-site registration fees apply beginning 31 May 2008. Attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible. All registrations received via fax after 30 May 2008 will be charged on-site registration pricing. No telephone registrations/reservations will be accepted at any time.

• Input the dates of your stay, number of rooms, and number of guests per room
• Input any of the optional information that applies to you
• Input the Group Code: pimpima
• Click “Find”. You will then be directed to complete your reservations.

Registration Confirmation will be e-mailed within 3-4 business days of receipt. If e-mail is not provided, confirmation will be faxed. If neither e-mail nor fax is provided, confirmation will be mailed to the street address provided in the registration form.

Research Conference Cancellation/Refunds Full refunds, less $25.00 (US) processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations received in writing prior to 1 May 2008. Refunds, less $50.00 (US) per registrant, will be granted to written requests received between 2 May 2008 and 30 June 2008. No refunds will be granted after 1 July 2008, but registration substitutions may be made in writing without penalty. All written requests should be faxed to +1-800-745-8757 or +1-905-812-3714. All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of PMI Research Conference 2008. Refunds will not be given to registrants who do not attend without prior cancellation notice.

Notice: Photographer on Premises A professional photographer will be on site to document PMI Research Conference 2008 events and activities between 13–16 July 2008. Photographs are the sole property of PMI. By registering for and attending these events, attendees understand that PMI may use their likenesses for promotional purposes.  If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer on site.
