Special Needs at PMI Events 
PMI will be glad to assist you with any special needs that you may have in order to ensure your full participation. Please provide written notification to PMI so that your needs can be addressed in advance of the event.

Smoking at PMI Events
In consideration of all PMI Research and Education Conference attendees, PMI requests that you smoke only in designated smoking areas in and around the Gaylord National. Please check with the hotel for their smoking policies.

Children at PMI Events
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend any PMI function. Persons wishing to bring their children should arrange, in advance, with ther hotel concierge for appropriate child care services. Those 18 years of age or older may attend PMI functions, provided a guest registration is purchased. No one under the age of 21 may consume alcoholic beverages.

Recommended Attire for PMI Events
Business attire and comfortable footwear are appropriate for all PMI Research and Education Conference events, including the evening receptions. Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort preferences vary widely, we suggest you bring a sweater or jacket with you.

Photographer and Videographer on Premises at PMI Events
A professional photographer will be on-site to document Research and Education Conference events and activities between 11 – 14 July 2010. Photographs are the sole property of PMI. By registering for and attending these events, attendees acknowledge that PMI may use their likenesses for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer on-site.

PMI reserves the right to postpone or delay any function that conflicts with PMI functions.
