PMI Research and Education Conference 2010 Offers Two Convenient Ways to Register!
By submitting your registration and payment information, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the PMI event policies and notices.

• Fax: Download and print the PMI Research and Education Conference 2010 Registration Form PDF. Please keep a copy of the registration form and your transmission confirmation as a record that the fax was sent successfully.
  

  Students:
  If you  are a full-time student at a globally accredited university you may register as a student. In order to do so, complete and fax the registration form, along with proof of being a full-time student (transcript, quarter/semester schedule etc.) to +1-877-969-9092.  Student registrations grant you access to all conference activities and are not restricted.
  

Registration and housing reservations will not be accepted by telephone.

On-site registration fees apply beginning 10 July 2010. Attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible. All registrations received via fax after 9 July 2010 will be charged on-site registration pricing. No telephone registrations/reservations will be accepted at any time.

Advance Registration Cut-off Date
Advance registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Daylight Time) on 9 July 2010. On-site registration fees apply beginning 10 July 2010. Attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible. All registrations received via fax after 9 July 2010 will be charged on-site registration pricing. No telephone registrations/reservations will be accepted at any time.

Housing Inquiries?
A group room block has been secured at The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. Please make your reservations online to obtain a discounted PMI conference rate.

Registration Confirmation will be e-mailed within 3-4 business days of receipt. If e-mail is not provided, confirmation will be faxed. If neither e-mail nor fax is provided, confirmation will be mailed to the street address provided in the registration form.

Research and Education Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy
Full refunds, less US $30.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations received in writing prior to 1 May 2010. Refunds, less US $60.00 per registrant, will be granted in response to written requests received between 2 May 2010 and 30 June 2010. No refunds will be granted after 1 July 2010, but registration substitutions may be made in writing without penalty. If a nonmember substitutes for a member, nonmember rates are applied. All written requests should be faxed to +1-877-969-9092 (within the United States or Canada) or +1-905-593-3041 (from all other locations). All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of PMI Research and Education Conference 2010. Refunds will not be given to registrants who do not attend without prior cancellation notice.

Notice: Photographer on Premises
A professional photographer will be on-site to document PMI 2010 Research and Education Conference events and activities between 11-14 July 2010. Photographs are the sole property of PMI. By registering for and attending these events, attendees understand that PMI may use their likenesses for promotional purposes.  If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer on-site.
