On-site Registration

Please note that dates and times are subject to change.

Advance registration is strongly encouraged, as the conference has a fixed capacity of 500 people and registration will close when this number of attendees is reached. Please register online early to secure your place at the event. Early registration closes 9 April 2010.

There will be limited registration available on-site. The registration desk will be located on the Woodrow Wilson Registration Desk on the second level of the hotel meeting space.

The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Sunday, 11 July, 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Monday, 12 July, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 13 July, 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
