PMI sponsors are permitted to host private social functions for PMI delegates at their own expense, provided they adhere to PMI's Private Social Functions Policy. PMI must be notified in advance of any events taking place during PMI Research & Education Conference 2010 regardless of location, time or date of the event. Please refer to the permitted times to host private event(s) prior to planning your private event, in order to prevent conflicts with PMI functions. This policy states that hosted parties or meetings held by any company/entity that invites PMI Research & Education Conference 2010 attendees are not permitted to occur during any official PMI activity. The only times such meetings can take place are Sunday 11 July after 8:00 p.m., Monday 12 July after 7:00 p.m., Tuesday 13 July after 9:00 p.m., and Wednesday 14 July after 7:00 p.m.
PMI reserves the right to postpone or delay any function that is not in compliance with this policy.
