A group room block has been secured at The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. Please make your reservations online to obtain a discounted PMI conference rate.

Important!: Due to the floods that affected the Gaylord Hotels central offices located in Tennessee, the hotel office cannot accept reservations over the phone. We kindly request that you reserve your room for this event online.

The PMI rates at this hotel are listed below. These charges and any additional charges incurred by you and your guest(s) are your responsibility and must be paid prior to checkout.

NOTE: PMI has reserved a block of rooms; early reservations are recommended to obtain the discounted rate.

Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you are arriving before this time, every effort will be made to accommodate you.  Please store your luggage with the Bell Stand until your room is available.  Check out time is 11:00 p.m.

Payment and Cancellation
All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card and can be cancelled free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival.  Thereafter, all late cancellations will be charged for the full stay.
