Motivated by the general low maturity in benefits realisation across about 80% of the organisations and the consequent negative impacts on project success and strategy execution (2014, PMI), this presentation will give an overview about some of the key benefits management practises, discuss the way these practises influence project success and identify some of the current gaps that can compromise project success from a strategic perspective.
