ARE YOU READY TO SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL?

Notification of Selection
Scoring may take up to 8 weeks after the close of the call for proposals. The highest scores are chosen for presentation. For presenters with multiple submissions, only the highest scoring proposal will be considered. Selected presenters will receive an e-mail invitation to present immediately after being selected and have 10 business days to accept or decline the invitation.

Additional presentations, based on the next highest scores, may be selected as alternates. These alternates will be notified by e-mail after the initial invitations are sent. Alternates may choose to be either a standard alternate or an “on-site” alternate. On-site alternates are those who attend the congress and are prepared to present their paper should a last minute cancellation take place. Standard alternates do not intend to attend the congress unless they are selected to present. Both standard and on-site alternates are ranked equally All alternates have the right to prepare and have their paper included in the CD of proceedings.
